Membership Benefits
As an Aquatic Health and Fitness Professional Association member you will:
* Promote the development of the association and receive information on all our activities, workshop calendar, access in the continuing education material, such as articles, videos and other which will be open only to members.
* Increase your knowledge on aquatic fitness and aquatic health related issues and add new dimensions to the instruction of aquatic modalities and the individuals you work with, whether you are an aquatics and/or swimming fitness instructor, or an aquatic therapist, an aqua yoga, Pilates or Watsu instructor or just a participant in the aquatic activities you chose.
* Network with other professionals in the field through exchange of knowledge, collaborations and interests.
* Have access to the published short scientific reviews in each section, and the ability to also publish your own.
* Inclusion in the alphabetical by location professionals' index and or professional site index that will be viewed by all visitors of the website (even the non-member).
* Receive a 15% discount in upcoming certification workshops.
* Have priority in free seminars with limited seating.
* Receive news about upcoming events in your email address.
* Access to classified ads page where organisations, businesses and professionals will be posting opportunities for employment.
* Collaborate in research projects organised by AHF professional association.
Types of membership
Membership in AHF is open to any individual who has an interest in aquatic health and fitness issues. There are four different categories of memberships.

* Simple Membership: There are no prerequisites to subscribe as a simple member, and you will have full use of the website and the membership benefits. If qualified one can also enter the professional index with an additional cost of 30 euros.
** Aquatic Professional membership: The Aquatic Professional members have full membership benefits plus the ability to, vote and participate in “board of directors” elections every 3 years, and to be included in the professionals' index of the website. Undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in health related disciplines are required (with exceptions).
*** Companies and corporations: This type of membership allows full use of the website and membership benefits, plus the ability to enter the Professional Aquatic Site Index.
